We partnered with GJ Gardener – Manukau Major Projects, on a new build townhouse development on a commercial contract basis, located on Brough Road in Manurewa.

This medium density housing development is located in the heart of Manurewa, with an emphasis on durable materials, quality construction and superb liveability. The development consists of 25 developments within 5 blocks, aimed at first home buyers.

We provided the following electrical services:

  • Developed and installed the electrical solution
  • Provided the electrical layout and carried out the installation
  • Provided Electrical safety inspections and certifications
